Welcome to AnxietyEase! Please read these Terms of Service carefully because they govern your use of our Services. AnxietyEase provides anxiety self-improvement services, anxiety coping tools, relaxation, and mindfulness services via our Mobile Device Application (“App”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services specified.
All of your accounts are protected with SSL encryption. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information from our users. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the App or Website. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you may not use the Services anymore. Because our Services are evolving over time we may change any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
You agree that disputes between you and AnxietyEase will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the services.
Misuse of our services will not be tolerated.
Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights or the content you access. You may not use any of our content unless you obtain written permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our sites and services. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our sites and services.
In connection with your use of the application and services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
You may use the Services only if you are 13 years or older and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. To make a purchase via the Services (described in the Section titled “Purchases”, you must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
If you want to use certain features of the Services you’ll have to create an account (“Account”). You can do this via the App or through your account with certain third-party social networking services such as Facebook, Google (each, an “SNS Account”). If you choose the SNS Account option we’ll create your Account by extracting from your SNS Account certain personal information such as your name and email address and other personal information that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access.
It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information, as needed, to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your Account. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.
Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
You will need an Account in order to use our services. You may create your own Account.
If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or account, please do the following:
If you suspect that someone else knows or has changed your password, please reset it as soon as possible so nobody else can sign in to your account. To do so, just enter your username on the password help page.
If you think someone has access to the email address associated with your AnxietyEase Account, please change the password for your email as well.
If you are unable to reset your account password, and you cannot sign in to your account, please email support@anxietyease.com
All amounts are payable and charged: For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time. If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
AnxietyEase reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. If you do not agree with the changes to the pricing of AnxietyEase then you may choose not to renew your Subscription.
Via the Paid Services, users can select audio, videos, journaling tools, and a worry timer for the self improvement of anxiety and mindfulness. You can also use the paid functionality of the Services to utilize the enhanced functionality of the Services or purchase items that are offered for sale through the Services (the “Products”), as described in further detail under the Section titled “Purchases” below.
You understand and agree that the Services, Products and any other information you learn from AnxietyEase are not intended, designed, or implied to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition or disease, to ascertain the state of your health, or to be a substitute for professional medical care. Not all activities described on the Services or Products are suitable for everyone. Do not use the Services while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing other tasks that require attention and concentration. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Services.
For purposes of these Terms, (i) “Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the Services.
AnxietyEase and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or Content
We are constantly changing and improving our sites and services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. You can stop using our services at any time, although we will be sorry to see you go. AnxietyEase may also stop providing sites and services to you, or add or create new restrictions to our services at any time at our sole discretion and without warning, although we will try to give reasonable notice if possible.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, ANXIETYEASE NOR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SITES AND SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SITES AND SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE SITES AND SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SITES AND SERVICES “AS IS”.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. You should look at the terms regularly. We will post notice of modifications to these terms. We will post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. Changes addressing new functions for a service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a service, you should discontinue your use of that service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the newest terms will take precedence for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between AnxietyEase and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, we have the rights to take action at any time without time limits.
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will affect only that term and no other terms.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between AnxietyEase and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between AnxietyEase and you regarding the Services and Content.
